Free Shipping
All orders ship free within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
Because our hardware is made to order, please allow 5–15 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships. Most orders ship sooner. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination. We select the carrier that provides the best combination of speed and protection for your order.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — occasional carrier delays may occur.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received tracking information within the expected processing window, contact us at support@potomacstandard.com.
Alaska, Hawaii & Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Additional shipping charges or extended delivery times may apply. Contact us before ordering if you'd like a shipping estimate for your location.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@potomacstandard.com for a quote. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.
Packaging
Every piece is individually wrapped and packed to arrive in the same condition it left our hands. We use protective materials designed specifically for solid metal hardware.
